House enfranchisement valuation and negotiation

House enfranchisement cases are less common than flat lease extension or collective enfranchisement applications. They can also more be more complicated although we have the experience necessary to handle these claims. We will inspect the house to provide a valuation and then negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best possible price for the freehold. During the process we will liaise with you and your legal advisors at all times. We have a reputation for achieving successful results in a timely manner and with the minimum of fuss. In particular we our known for achieving excellent negotiated settlements but we will give evidence at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal if a sensible negotiated settlement is not possible.
