Expert Valuation for Litigation

We regularly prepare expert market valuations for arbitration or litigation purposes such as matrimonial proceedings and negligence disputes. Our valuations are carried out in accordance with the requirements of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Valuation Standards (6th Edition) and comply with the criteria set down in Surveyors acting as Expert Witness: Practice Statement. Our expert reports and evidence also comply with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
