We cover all aspects of valuation but specialise in leasehold reform, valuing and negotiating lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.

Angus Fanshawe and James White have over 30 years combined experience in valuation and are widely regarded as being among the profession’s leading practitioners in this specialist field. Being a niche practice we can offer bespoke advice within a flexible framework without the administrative burden and bureaucratic processes which characterise some larger organisations.
